Earlier this year, in partnership with Ohio Liquor, we launched four expressions of Maker’s Mark® Private Selection made just for our friends in Ohio. And with the help of our loyal Ambassadors, the response was overwhelming.
Now, to show our appreciation, Maker’s Mark® Private Selection is making its return to the Buckeye State with four all-new expressions perfect for any holiday celebration!
Available at select retailers around the state beginning December 7, each of these handcrafted expressions was selected to celebrate the season in its own remarkable way. Grandpa’s Toddy showcases subtle notes of dark chocolate and dried fruits, while the Winter Wassel expression highlights honey, lemon zest and hints of baking spices. Chocolate Marmalade’s warm notes of rich cocoa and molasses are the perfect holiday indulgence, while Bread Pudding’s sweet flavor profile evokes vanilla and maple, finishing with whispers of nutmeg and caramel.
Once you pick up your favorite expression, be sure to join our Ohio Diplomats, Mai Jeans and Thomas Bolton, for a Zoom-based tasting session. They’ll be joined by a very special guest – Maker’s Mark Master Distiller Denny Potter. Together, they’ll walk through the inspiration behind each of these Ohio expressions – and maybe sneak in a few surprises along the way.
